In addition to this Asus has also announced a couple of accessories for ROG Phone 3. The accessories list includes ROG Kunai 3 Gamepad, TwinView Dock 3, Desktop Dock 2, The Professional Dock, ROG Clip, Lighting Armor Case, and premium active noise cancellation in-ear headphones ROG Cetra.
Asus ROG Phone 3: Pricing and availability
Asus has launched the ROG Phone 3 in two variants — 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. The lower 8GB variant is priced at Rs 49,999, while the higher 12GB variant will cost Rs 57,999.
The smartphone comes only one color option with an illuminated trademarked ROG logo at the back and will go on sale starting August 6 via Flipkart.

Asus ROG Phone 3: Specifications
The ROG Phone 3 has carried on some features like Air Triggers, dual USB Type-C ports, dual front-firing speakers, the glowing ROG logo at the back, and some software features like X-mode among others.
As already mentioned, the ROG Phone 3 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor with Adreno 650 graphics. The processor is clocked at 3.1GHz and is paired to an 8GB or 12GGB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB or 256GB onboard storage.
The ROG Phone 3 sports a 6.59-inch AMOLED HDR10+ display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and 391ppi density. The display features a refresh rate of 144Hz with a 270Hz touch sampling rate and 25ms touch latency. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla 6 and can attain a peak brightness level of 1000nits and is 113% DCI-P3 Delta E color calibrated.
For imaging duties, the gaming smartphone comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor primary sensor along with a 13MP 125-degree ultra-wide sensor and 5MP Macro sensor. On the front, the phone has a 24MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture and a pixel size of 0.9µm.
The smartphone can shoot 8K videos at 30fps using the primary camera, 4K HDR videos at 30/60fps, full HD at 30/60 fps, and Time Lapse in 4K, FHD and HD resolution.
The smartphone is backed by a 6000mAh battery with 30 watt Asus HyperFast charging support and it runs the company’s custom-baked ROG UI based on Android 10.
